Emily Symondson-Cann trading as No Ordinary Easel.

  1. If payment for hired items is not received within the time period referred to below, No Ordinary Easel may hire out items or any of them to another party. A separate holding deposit will also be required to cover any breakage, damage or loss to the hire equipment; this will be returned to you after the event less any deductions for breakage damage or loss once the hired items have been checked. Items must be returned in all packaging provided by No Ordinary Easel, failure to do so will result in the hirer being charged accordingly. Late payment will carry interest at 4% over National Westminster Bank PLC base rate calculated from the date of invoice or written request.
  2. Payment to be received before goods are dispatched or within 14 days upon receipt of invoice if ordered prior to the 14 days.
  3. This contract will be personal to you and No Ordinary Easel and cannot be assigned to any other party.
  4. Once hire items have been collected or delivered to the venue you will be responsible for any damage, destruction or loss to or of any item supplied by or on behalf of No Ordinary Easel.
  5. Copyright in all work created by No Ordinary Easel is vested in No Ordinary Easel
  6. Hire charges are based on one days hire, unless otherwise stated.
  7. The hire charges do not include and No Ordinary Easel will have no liability or obligation for the planning, setting up and laying out of items, unless otherwise stated.
  8. Equipment not returned will be charged at a continuous daily rate and subject to a penalty fee of £200 in the event a subsequent Hirer is inconvenienced.
  9. All hire prices are subject to delivery and collection charges as quoted by No Ordinary Easel, unless equipment is collected and returned by the hirer.
  10. Once all hire orders have left the control of No Ordinary Easel it is the transporters’ responsibility to ensure delivery in time and in a satisfactory condition.
  11. No Ordinary Easel is covered by Public Liability Insurance, but you will be responsible for and indemnify No Ordinary Easel against all claims, losses and expenses arising from any supplies and services (including inter alia the supply of food and drink) supplied by No Ordinary Easel or any of No Ordinary Easel’s suppliers.
  12. No liability is accepted for failure of performance due to strike, lockout, earthquake, accident, fire, flood or any other circumstance outside the control of No Ordinary Easel.
  13. In so far as the law allows No Ordinary Easel shall have no liability for loss and damage or consequential loss howsoever caused and No Ordinary Easel’s entire liability shall be limited to an amount equal to twice the cost of the quotation.
  14. No Ordinary Easel is not VAT registered.
  15. No one shall be entitled to enforce any rights under this agreement by virtue only of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
  16. Refunds or replacements are only considered if we are notified of any defect within 24 hours of delivery.
